Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be converted from a single to double stroller by the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be configured into a triple-travel system with the addition of a bench or an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations and is a top-rated stroller overall. This model is constructed with Baby Jogger's soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They aid in regulating the temperature. It comes with a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It is 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller available, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebars are one of the most simple to adjust and works well for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and come with a footwell adjustment knob to allow you to position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious with plenty of space, but we would have preferred to have a more secure latch. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers can be frustrating because they have to be unfastened and then refastened after every use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are easy to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and is a significant improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that other brands use.

This is the only stroller in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats, making it a great option for twins or for parents with one kiddo and a baby coming soon. It is compatible with the majority of major brands infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it on Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is an excellent option for families who already own a car seat but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However,  visit the next page  might be better served with another convertible stroller for this scenario.
